ABDULWAHID ABOO, FCCA, FCPA (K), FCS (K), ICPAR, ICPAU, NBAA - He was the founder of the firm. Retired in 2015 and now serves the firm in a consultancy capacity. He has been in the audit and tax consultancy field for more than 40 years. His career in Audit and Assurance, Tax and Information Technology started with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1974. He has been a council member of ICAPK ( Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya) for 14 years, up to June 2014 and having served as a Vice Chairman of the institute for 1 year and has served on various committees and boards across East Africa representing ICPAK. He has also been on ICPSK (Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya) council for 3 years. Since January 2012 he has been a member of the IFAC SMP (Small and Medium Practitioners) International committee, completing 6 years in December 2017.
Moreover, he has been a member of the ACCA Global Audit and Assurance Committee since October 2013 to date.

Zulfiquarali Aboo, FCCA, CPA (K) He completed ACCA in 2003 and became a CPA in 2004. He joined the firm in October 2003 as manager of our Malindi Office. Attained partnership in August 2009. He is in-charge of Audit and Assurance.
Saima Amin Bagha, FCCA, CPA (K), CPS She completed ACCA in 2001 and joined AAC Kenya and moved on to complete CPA and CPS. She started the AAC Kenya Nairobi branch in August 2005. Since February 2008 she moved to USA where she joined a Russell Bedford International audit firm in Houston.

Shahida Elyas, FCCA, CPA (K) She is the consulting manager for our Nairobi office; very versatile and highly professional. She joined the firm in September 2003.
Rizwana Kadernani, ACCA, CPA (K), ICPAR, BSc IT
Audit Manager at the Mombasa office having joined us in June 2009. She handles external audits and supervises the work of all audit staff. She also handles special assignments, including cash flow projections.
Sophyline Makau, CPA (K) , B Com, MBA-Finance (Ongoing) Started as an audit senior at Abdulwahid Aboo & Company in Mombasa and later joined the Nairobi office as Branch Manager in January 2013 under the new partnership of AAC Kenya. She has vast experience in the internal audit sector during her span of work time at Young Women Christian Association.
Nawaz Jin, ACCA He joined in September 2010 as an Audit Manager at our Malindi branch. He completed his ACCA in 2016.
Adrian Mshimba, CPA He joined in January 2015 as an Audit Senior at our Mombasa branch and has since been handling external and internal audit

He joined in June 2010 as an Audit Senior at our Malindi branch. Later promoted to Audit Manager in the year 2015.
Fidelis Kariuki, CPA She joined in February 2016 as an Audit Assistant at our Nairobi branch. She completed her CPA in May 2017.
Erfan Allarakhia, ACCA (Ongoing)
He Joined in March 2009 as an Audit Senior at our Mombasa branch. He has since been handling Internal and External Audit and Feasibility Reports.
Abdulrahim Harunani, BSC (Hons) Business Intelligence (Ongoing) He joined in May 2009 as an IT Administrator and has been in-charge of the Information Systems Department for AAC Kenya as well as our associate companies.
Luke Ebrahim Ayaga
He joined AAC Kenya in November 2012 as the Tax Manager. He handles tax issues, training and interpretation of the VAT and Income Tax Acts.
